Not trying to complain, but rather looking for feedback from other members of the community re. the CFP phone queue - is anyone actually getting through to a human on the non-business line? I realize that it's taking forever to get through (eg and not just get the "we're sorry we can't answer your call" message), but at least for me, once I finally get into the hold queue, the system just hangs up on me after I've been waiting on hold for anywhere from 2-20 mins.

To be clear: in the last < 2 days I've made ~ 196 calls, of those I actually got into the on-hold queue MAYBE 20 times... and *every single time* I get through to the hold queue it eventually just drops my call and I have to start over again.

ANYBODY making it through to the hold queue actually speak to a human eventually, or is this futile without a business license?

EDIT: specifically talking about the "transfer unit" to start/finish a Restricted transfer... ie 1-4-2

People are getting through. I’m calling to complete a private transfer, so the guy I bought mine from got through.

Bigger question I would like answered - why are calls being dropped while on hold? Is this being deliberately done? I understand the “We apologize that we can’t take your call” polite busy signal - but getting into queue and getting dropped?

They work from home is what a woman told me, I called a 1-6-1 line for non restricted and I asked what's happening with the phones in her department, she's like "ugh... we work from home" so I cant imagine how badly the system is clogged up.

Yes, I've managed. Took a lot of calls.

People on gunnutz have had luck using 1-6-1 or 1-6-2 and getting someone who can do restricted transfers. The few times I've tried I always get the same person who won't do them.
