In the event of a handgun ban it will cost the government and Canadian taxpayers likely over a billion dollars

How will it cost the public billions? As I understand it, they will confiscate your handguns when you die and not pay you a nickel for them?

Hahahahaha imagine trying to ban ARs and still not having a plan to confiscate 200k OICd rifles 2 years later AND THEN trying to ban over a million handguns hahaha liberals really insane
