Transfer timeline update for anyone who's interested. Bought a Smith and Wesson M&P 2.0 from Cabelas a week ago today, first restricted. Just received my transfer by email. Gonna pick it up tomorrow! I'm in BC

I bought a Shadow 2 the 30th and got my notice on Sunday night in AB, so looks like they're def working some heavy overtime.

You know things are bad when AB takes more then 3 days to process a transfer

I probably would have gotten a Shadow 2 also if they had any left. Congrats! Such a nice pistol. I'm thinking so too, they emailed it to me at 6:07

Keep your eyes open and alerts on there’s still been random drops of Shadow 2s here and there

My thinking is when Pierre Poilievre becomes PM and scraps these bills I'm going to buy one in celebration. Wishful thinking perhaps, but gotta have a little hope lol

Awesome too hear! Quick question. Did you phone them to complete the transfer or was that done via email. This is also my first restricted so I apologize if that is a dumb question. Thank you!!

That's ok! I didn't know what to do either. I called CFP and gave them my info to get an update, but I don't think that actually does anything. I think if you buy it from a store they initiate the transfer online so you don't have to do anything but wait. Not a bad idea to make sure they have your email and stuff though if you can get through
