I'm still shocked.

I'm just worried about the regulation change presented to committee. If there is a possibility of changes to the bill the LPC will want to push the freeze through this way ASAP. I hope the CPC, Bloc, and NDP can come together to block that regulation.

Can it be blocked, or does it go through in 30 days regardless?

Honestly I'm not sure. Reading the section of the firearms act it appears they can not. However, the committee can change the wording of the regulation and if its not what the LPC wants they may not sign it

Edit: u/Varsil can the committee vote to not adopt the regulation?
