Just got the transfer email from the CFO about 2 handguns I bought last week on Tuesday. BC is pretty quick.

Have you bought restricted before? Do you know if it takes longer if you haven't bought restricted before? Bought mine the day after the announcement, no news yet. Called CFP and they said the CFO has it and will email. Did you call the CFO? Is there a direct number? Thanks!

Restricted depend on how fast your province CFO approves it I heard, in BC, the avg seems like 4 days plus. In AB or SK, less than 2 days. Ontario seems to take the longest, a week or more.

That's what I have observed anyways.

Totally, I'm on business day 4 regular day 6. No news yet, but some other guys here have theirs already when they purchased on the same day so I'm hoping I'll have word today or tomorrow. Hoping the transfer goes through before the vote or whatever tomorrow just in case.
