Yes that lists rimfires, Lee Enfields, and M1 Garands as an exemption but you have to actually read the wording as it puts a limit on the exemption, you're just wrong. Lee Enfield mags can not lawfully exceed 10 rounds. Essentially it's an exemption to an exemption and quite clearly states that the exception doesn't apply to Lee Enfield magazines containing more then 10 rounds

But Lee Enfield isn't semi-automatic, they just made an error.

Hehehe fair enough, but no this isn't an error. There was one super obscure New Zealander machine gun that accepted Lee Enfield mags (Charlton) so they made it so they had to be pinned.

And, how did you find reasons for what the government does? Consider how hard they are trying to avoid the judge's other for the notes that led to the 2020 OinC
