Thanks, that's what I figured. Was hoping to get some info on my transfer from the weekend. Tenda is slow to reply to my emails and in usually out of reception during the day.

Will they be able to look it up with just my PAL number? Tenda hasn't sent me any reference numbers or anything.

Yeah that's the info I was hoping to get from them, and now with the influx after Monday's announcement I'm really hoping it went in Monday morning...
