Going on 10 weeks since I've sent my application in for my PAL and still no charge on my CC, from Manitoba.

Took 13 weeks before my card got charged from When they received it and they received it about 2 weeks after I mailed it soooo you’re about 66% of the way to a CC charge

Recently it’s been taking around 12 weeks for them to charge CC and status to appear online. So give it another couple of weeks.
