If the cpc doesn't come around to some degree on social issues and environment, they will never win again.

So your ideal version of the conservatives is to be what the LPC was 10 years ago? Yeah, no.
Another commenter said the CPC are going to be Liberal-lite if they keep following what O'Toole did. The CPC lost even though the months leading up to the election predicted a win. I don't understand this fascination of wanting the CPC to transform into yet another left-wing party.

Yup. Selling out your ideals to appeal to a non-existent voting bloc is futile and only makes the country worse off.
