The gun shown has a printed lower. The rest of the parts are available without a license in Canada, you wouldn't even need a PAL.
This is why we don't typically allow 3D printing posts here, unless it's a basic accessory. The optics of the whole thing is massively damaging for the sport. 3D printed lowers on cheap printers are garbage that will literally break with shot #1, but good printers can produce lowers that will withstand sustained use.
