Well when you have all of these things drafted up previously it’s easy. I’m sure he has a whole drawer of proposed OIC legislation with titles on it like “use in case of mass shooting in states” “use in case of shooting here in Canadahhh” “use in case of water drink box uhh things”

Ian Runkle pointed this out when he discussed the OIC after NS police failure. Specifically the dirty shit eating grin he had while talking about the loss of life.
