Tikka will produce 5 round mags if required.

Depends how much cost goes into doing that. Canadian market isn't the biggest and only a small % of that owns a Tikka

Someone will. It's a garunteed ROI when all your customers in the country legally MUST buy your product at least once

On the balance of probabilities it is a much more likely outcome.

And what about internal magazines ?

I'd bet the farm no changes.

I sure hope not, id feel better if the listed suggestions mentioned anything about semi auto rifles, the current wording makes it seem like levers and bolts might be affected which would can most of what I own

Time to stock up on mags boys!

Would that make pinned mags already owned illegal or just future sales?

I have no clue how there going to work that out people will definitely not be giving back there mags already owned...

Only sensible thing is increasing penalties for trafficker and smugglers, not sure why they didn’t do that all along.

Liberals doing anything sensible never happens

So basically magazine laws that will functionally disable 90% of firearms

9

u/[deleted] May 27 '22

Nah it'll just make 90% of mags unpinned. If you're going to prison for the same amount of time anyway why not do it

You think that includes .22s?

9

u/hereismythis May 26 '22

Some .22’s were included in the 1500 ban, so I’d say yes.

Fudds RAGE at the thought of losing their cheap plink ammo shooting guns

7

u/hereismythis May 26 '22

We all do, really.

5

u/Olive-Drab-Green Nyet! Rifle is Fine May 26 '22

No doubt I would too. But Fudds have a special place in hell for people who curse their .22LR
