How long does it take for the rcmp to open your PAL application? mine was delivered on April 13th 2021

Monday was the 8 month anniversary of them receiving my application. I don’t have my card yet.

Apparently it’s just needs the approval of the provincial CFO then they’ll send it in the mail. They also said my application was filled out perfectly so there weren’t any mistakes that delayed it
