Weekly Newbies Thread - Post your questions here for PAL/RPAL application, timelines, CFSC/CFSRC, references & requirements, or general new to firearms ownership -type questions

This thread will be used for the "new"-type questions, PAL/RPAL applications, references, CFSC/CFRSC requirements, storage/transport, or other general "new-to-me" firearms ownership questions.

In response to this thread, the community was quite positive for a thread to cover these subjects.

Sent RPAL and Pal feb. 10 Received date feb 19 May 7 application reviewed Bc application Now hurry up and wait

Yes me too, hopefully within the 45 day period, I made my references aware that rcmp may contact them soon, so they wouldnt dodge the call lol. My guess is before july 7th is my guess but I actually thought my application wasnt going to get to the initial processing time till july, huge boost of confidence. I really want to go hunting on my families trap line.
