If you were going to buy a Lee Enfield (not sporterized) which one would you want and why? I'm just starting to look into them and not clear on which no./mk is considered best/coolest/whatever

No. 4 mk 1 I believe I was using in my time as canadian ranger, my first gun I shot. She was a beautiful rifle, sighted in perfect, accurate. Furthest I shot was 400 m iron sight, groupings the size of a dinner plate. It's my mission to acquire one, when my pal gets approved.
