To purchase a restricted Firearm on Cabela's It says I need to be part of a gun club (I have to input a Gun club membership number and such). I'm not in any gun club yet and I live in Ottawa. From what I understand, in Ontario you don't have to be part of a Gun club to purchase a firearm? Anyone have any ideas?

I want to purchase a Canik TP9SFx 9mm.

In every other province it is required, because cabelas is a national brand they probably just keep it the same for the website, if you go in person to the store you’ll probably be fine, you could also try a retailer that’s in Ontario. I know marstar has all the colours of the SFX

I was actually looking at Marstar's online page. I might just buy from them.

Yep I’ve ordered stuff from them before no problem, they had different management in the past and some people here still are salty about them but my experience has been quite pleasant
