Best semi auto DMR style rifle?

Just wondering what your guys opinion is on the best semi automatic rifle thats available in Canada. I am looking to get a rifle that i can mount an optic on and have fast follow up shots. I would love an M14 but the horse police told me i cant have that.

Please, don’t make me bubba an sks...
