What's the standard for the photo for PAL application? As in, what kind of paper should it be printed on? Also, should I wait and follow the Restricted course and then ask for PAL/RPAL or can I apply for a PAL right now and later on apply for RPAL once my course is done?

Go to Walmart and get a passport photo. But say you don’t need it stamped. This will be the right size and mine only charged $0.97 for two prints
