Hello, I sent my application in on January 6th, was received on the 12th. April 28th my application shows up on the website and says that it has completed initial processing and is now in progress. The website says that the average is 45 days to process, does 45 days start from when it shows up on the website?

I just checked mine and apparently it was charged on the 27th! I've never been so excited to pay a credit card bill

So when they charge your card is that near the end of the process or sound that be soon after they receive it

They charge your CC at the beginning. As long as nothing is missing or unclear it then gets sent to the CFO of your province. They do the final approval.
