Gun and gear reviews MK-15 is peak

Absolutely in love with this thing. 500 rounds yesterday with out issue (I know it’s not a lot)

only thing is it’s stiff for about the first 20 rounds. The bolt wouldn’t close on 5 rounds. So shot 5 4 round mags then it took full mags no problem. The bolt would also close at first on the empty mag like it had another round to go. (Only happened on first 2 mags) believe it was also just because it was stiff. After it loosened up It was smooth sailing. (Give your rifle a chance to loosen up a bit and don’t immediately think it’s fucked)

Also takes the crossmags no problem.
Very well built rifle though. All metal parts including the stock.
QC issues have all been fixed from what I can see (charging handle digging in, etc)

What's the accuracy like, did you do any testing at 100m?

Yes. I was shooting at 100M in the video. I think it’s very accurate. I don’t really understand the MOA thing but shooting 5 round with the rifle laying on the rifle bags it was basically dead on where I was aiming.

It’s the size of your groupings at 100 yards. 1 inch group at 100 yards=1MOA

I think best way to explain is the concept of a MOA is

1" group at 100m 2" group at 200m 3" group at 300m

So a 2.5" group at 200m is like 1.25ish MOA

Imagine your group as a cone that scales evenly the further you go.

Did you measure any of the groupings? Like did those 5 shots fit inside the size of a Toonie, or a closed fist lol
