What should I do?

First shot of the day my sks did this. Anyone know what caused this and how I can fix this? Is this a gunsmith problem? I should add its stuck, I tried popping it out both with a ram rod and prying it out and its stuck pretty good

Put your purse down and pull it out, some pliers would be a prime choice
