Fix my gun / Modding What should I do?

First shot of the day my sks did this. Anyone know what caused this and how I can fix this? Is this a gunsmith problem? I should add its stuck, I tried popping it out both with a ram rod and prying it out and its stuck pretty good

It just ripped the rim, you can pop it out with a cleaning rod down the barrel or something. Might have pitting or corrosion in your chamber that caused the case to not want to extract dunno find out after you pop it out and inspect

I tried that, its stuck in the chamber

Dont be afraid to beat the fucker, use heat, oil, wax, all kinds of tricks but yeah beat its ass
