I haven’t had it for long. Put about a hundred cheap rounds through and taken on two hunting trips

I love the compact, handy size of it. The pistol grip it comes with feels good. No complaints about the action. Trigger is nice and really light. Paired with the Aimpoint I find getting on target is quick. Accuracy was surprisingly good off the bench but I’ve never shot it past 100 yards and majority was at 60 yards.

I really like this gun but it’s far from perfect. The narrow handguard doesn’t have enough clearance to add a Magpul MLok QD sling mount, it’s not even close to enough clearance to tighten the screws without touching the barrel. I find the mag really needs to be slammed in for it to catch and it really doesn’t like it be inserted on a closed bolt.

It’s not a precision rifle and I don’t know if I’d recommend it if you’re just looking for a range toy (at least until u/Cryptidworks gets their standard capacity mags to market) but if you’re wanting a handy little carbine for deer or something easy to carry for backcountry trips it’s great. Awesome grab gun, go innawoods type carbine

You getting many lights strikes with this? Had an Alpha in 7.62 that was fantastic other than that!

Were you using 1984 stamped Chinese surp?

I had one bad batch of that that light striked sometimes. Anything else was fine.

Ran surplus, red box, S&B, and Federal through it - about one light strike per mag. Sounds like it may have gotten through QC with a light spring.

Word. That's definitely a possibility. S&B and Federal both have a 100% bang rate in mine. I think some of the very early ones had that issue, though.
