Fix my gun New SIG Cross .308

Never seen a rifle BNIB come in like this before.

I wonder if it would be fine after cleaning but leaning towards just returning it since these are far from cheap firearms

Oh 100% Maybe $200 Mosin it’d be fine but never brand new
