If those guns are loaded, then it is a criminal offence to transport a loaded firearm, unless they can somehow argue that they're actually "in use" and not "transporting".
Also, although not criminal, I assume the driver allowing people to hang off/ride in the back of the vehicle while in motion could also be considered "stunting" or "careless driving", so RCMP may be interested either way.
Is there anything indicating they are loaded? Does stunting/careless driving apply to privately owned land? Not saying it is or not but it could be. Hell, is there anything even proving the guns are even real?
