Violated laws / regulations.

  1. Unsafe handling of firearm
  2. Pointing firearm at a person (11 seconds).
  3. Handling firearm while on/in a Boat / Vehicle (BC specific).

Charges one and two will have any and all guns you own confiscated (with no compensation) and your license revoked. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a 5-10 year possession ban, otherwise it’s a lifetime ban.
