Removing the ability for non citizens to get a PAL is the only firearm restrictions I support.

These guys are probably citizens man. It isn't hard if you've got stacks of cash and family/community to get you through the process.

India doesnt allow for dual citizenship. Good chance they arent.

Why? We allow non-citizens to have hunting, fishing, & driving licenses plus any other licenses that may exist. How would it be possible to restrict non-citizens from getting a firearm license without simultaneously breaking some equality law?

Because it is impossible to conduct a proper background check on some "student" whos been here a year. 

Also.... good thing you brought up driving licenses... how about commercial licenses? 

How is that fucking working out for Canada right now? 

We got scam CDL schools, scam CFSC schools, ....scam schools... 

Stop being such a cuck.
