Tenda order issues

So i ordered on the 7th at tenda online. Completed my purchase and submitted my PAL and id. They sent me a tracking number on tuesday afternoon for ups flat rate 20$. It wasnt picked up till today. Then yesterday it shows that the shipment has been revoked at ups. No updates on my tenda account orders page. So i called them. They said that everything is okay we are gonna put a new shipment and tracking id for you "soon" . I called again today close to 3 pm ontario time. They said yeah itll get shipped soon, maybe today or tomorrow we dont know when for sure. Anyone else had issues like this before?

As a general rule most stores do not bother dropping stuff off at the post office on Fridays, especially not guns that would have to sit there until monday to be delivered.
