Tenda order issues

So i ordered on the 7th at tenda online. Completed my purchase and submitted my PAL and id. They sent me a tracking number on tuesday afternoon for ups flat rate 20$. It wasnt picked up till today. Then yesterday it shows that the shipment has been revoked at ups. No updates on my tenda account orders page. So i called them. They said that everything is okay we are gonna put a new shipment and tracking id for you "soon" . I called again today close to 3 pm ontario time. They said yeah itll get shipped soon, maybe today or tomorrow we dont know when for sure. Anyone else had issues like this before?

Ordered a rifle from them awhile back and it took like 8 days to ship... I googled and found they are kinda slow to ship but solid to deal with so it was whatever. I get being excited for an order and having to wait. Waited for my pal, got approved, waited for it to arrive for weeks, then another almost 2 weeks of waiting for my first purchase. It's rough lol.
