Misc Tenda order issues

So i ordered on the 7th at tenda online. Completed my purchase and submitted my PAL and id. They sent me a tracking number on tuesday afternoon for ups flat rate 20$. It wasnt picked up till today. Then yesterday it shows that the shipment has been revoked at ups. No updates on my tenda account orders page. So i called them. They said that everything is okay we are gonna put a new shipment and tracking id for you "soon" . I called again today close to 3 pm ontario time. They said yeah itll get shipped soon, maybe today or tomorrow we dont know when for sure. Anyone else had issues like this before?

Had the same thing and when I asked for tracking, they gave me someone else's tracking number.

Personally I won't order online from them anymore. I always go in store. Even though it's a little bit of a drive.

Edit: not to say you won't get your order. I just don't like waiting weeks when I can drive there in 45min and just pick it up.

I only dared to order online seeing all the good stuff about them. Usually the only place i order online is gundealer and so does my father.

Flaherty's is great online too
