Misc Tenda order issues

So i ordered on the 7th at tenda online. Completed my purchase and submitted my PAL and id. They sent me a tracking number on tuesday afternoon for ups flat rate 20$. It wasnt picked up till today. Then yesterday it shows that the shipment has been revoked at ups. No updates on my tenda account orders page. So i called them. They said that everything is okay we are gonna put a new shipment and tracking id for you "soon" . I called again today close to 3 pm ontario time. They said yeah itll get shipped soon, maybe today or tomorrow we dont know when for sure. Anyone else had issues like this before?

Most of my orders from them arrive before I even get the shipping information from them

Lucky you. Ive had a bad exp the very first order

Don’t stress, they always follow through. Seems like all of us have had a strange time with their shipping but it always comes through.

They've been awesome but the shipping is always wierd they must ship out on a certain day
