Misc Air Canada took away my bullet keychain...

Security guy said it looked like a replica bullet. It literally was a rifle slug with a hole drilled sideways through it and a key ring on it.

Woke crap. No wonder they're all scared. They don't know anything about bullets...

Point me to a regulation that talks about “replica bullets”? I will wait.

I accept your inevitable and gracious apology.

You are right. Also, wow that’s a stupid rule for something that can be easily verified as inert

It doesn't really bother me that much, I can understand why it's a hard and fast rule and you can always toss it in your checked baggage.

Though I do fear the day I accidentally bring live ammo with me.

One time after getting my car detailed I got some strange looks when picking it up because I had a bunch of ammo in my centre leftover from hunting season.
