Question is does it have the piece that makes it compatible with tuf22 while remaining incompatible with the charger pistol?

Judging by the description, and the fact that it's a 25 rounder, yes.

I hope it fits in my modified 10/22 which takes the dlask mags

Yes I will buy a ton of these mags for my st-22 if they are tuff 22 pattern
