Delta Dynamics ghosting me?

I ordered two of delta dynamics shot cards two and a half weeks ago and I haven’t had any update about the order being shipped, I’ve contacted them from their site, dm’d them on Instagram, messaged them on Reddit, and have still gotten no reply. This is pretty disappointing since o heard they had a pretty good reputation and their prices seemed really great

Been waiting on a message back from them but it was just an enquiry so I was happy to wait.
Looks like its not just me.
