Buy recommendations Delta Dynamics ghosting me?

I ordered two of delta dynamics shot cards two and a half weeks ago and I haven’t had any update about the order being shipped, I’ve contacted them from their site, dm’d them on Instagram, messaged them on Reddit, and have still gotten no reply. This is pretty disappointing since o heard they had a pretty good reputation and their prices seemed really great

Do not order from S&J if Simon still owns it and ships stuff. I've had multiple orders from them messed up over the years. He's notorious for bad communication.

There have been a lot of threads on CGN about S&J over the years. I don't post much there, but the last time I posted some stuff and screenshots in a thread about overall experiences with the store, the thread got shut down because of the negative rewponses. I think other people have been handling sales and shipping at times, and Simon has done good on my orders most of the time. But out of 12 or so orders over the years, 6 have had problems. Missing items, someone else's order received, and poor communication are what usually happens. I've had emails ignored for months, sent reminder emails, and then had those ignored for months. Simon always seems to want to help and make it right, but it takes so long for the frequent mistakes to be fixed, I don't think it's worth doing business with them unless they have something I really want.

If it's a small business they might be closed for a week or 2 of vacations.

I ordered the exact same thing from them a few weeks ago and haven't heard from them either.

Chalked it up to lead time on them making them i guess... we'll see.

Apparently the owner was pretty active on this sub once upon a time.

I enquired about their 12 shot CZ 600 mags around Christmas time. I didn't hear back from them for a week or so and sent a follow up email.

They got back to me about a week later saying that they had taken a few weeks off for the Christmas break and would be happy to do the transaction now. I went through with it and got the mags I wanted. They're great and I'm glad I followed up.

They'll likely get back to you but they may have taken some holidays over the summer. They make good products and they're worth the wait. I just wish that if they are going to be off for a bit, list it on your website. Folks will be more understanding if you disclose it.

TacOrd has the Vang Comp shot card and I’m very happy with them. I would never buy anything SJ again after previous bad experiences with their products.
