I just added a Russian SKS to my collection.

Curious to see what you guys think my next addition should be.

A shorter barrel shotgun, like a Mossberg 590 or 18-20" Maverick 88, Beretta 1301 or Ultima Patrol, Benelli M4, Supernova Tactical etc.

I think a 590 Retrograde specifically would suit your collection well.
