Post image

I just added a Russian SKS to my collection.

Curious to see what you guys think my next addition should be.

100% OP needs a cowboy gun

A lever action is something I have always wanted but I could never justify the price for one but I'm still looking for a good deal on one

I picked up the Levtac 92 a while ago. Good price for a 357, but definitely not as polished as a $2000 one.

Lever action .22, cheapish to buy, cheaper to feed. Henry or Winchester would be my top picks.

Judging by your tastes…I’d say a K31

Swiss flu is dangerous, especially with the cost of GP11 these days. But I'll second the K31 vote.

A k31 would be awesome I have been eyeing a couple at the gun shows lately. Do you know if ammo is hard to find for them?

GP11 is, but 7.5 in general is still out and about from PP and S&B

Bit of expense to shoot for fun but overall very available

A shorter barrel shotgun, like a Mossberg 590 or 18-20" Maverick 88, Beretta 1301 or Ultima Patrol, Benelli M4, Supernova Tactical etc.

I think a 590 Retrograde specifically would suit your collection well.

.357 lever action. Henry is decent and reliable.

I would recommend the Henry Supreme in .223/5.56. It is a mag fed lever gun that takes AR mags. You can find ammo and magazines for fairly cheap. It is fun and accurate.

You need a semi auto 223, semi auto 12g, lever action 45-70 and modern hunting rifle.

What cartridges are the bolt actions chambered for, aside from the Enfields?

The top is a 30-06 Then under the SKS is actually a .22 that looks like a k98 But I agree I do need another hunting rifle I'm just hung up on what cartridge I'm almost thinking 6.5 creedmore

If .303 is currently your top centrefire I’d recommend something in the 6.5/7mm/308 range.

It’s a Norinco JW-25A. I have one and love it.

Tikka’s are fun and great quality and accuracy for the money

About a 3k lever should suffice.

For starters I LIKE your taste- I like wood, well made classics, very pretty stuff...... I have a lever action Marlin 39A... I custom fabricated a mount for a reflex sight.... it was always a fun gun, now it's a tack driver.. very accurate.. highly recommended to add to your collection...
