Misc FakeOG on the Turkey shooter

It's just a range toy, but lots of fun. Haven't fired it with the cheapo ACOG on it yet, but looking forward to it.

All is well! Haha I have tons of Glock mags so I've been looking at a different Carbine option. Even the bolt action version of this peeked my interest.

Henry Homesteader 👍 won't regret it, and only a couple hundred more than this one

My biggest concern with the Homesteader is the reliability. I have read/watched some pretty mixed reviews. There is also the fear of it getting the ol' ban hammer, but not something I haven't been through before.

Hit 3k rounds the other night and still no failures to eject, extract or light strikes. Only issue i had is the little rear sight set screw falling out, which was warrantied with one email.

Couldnt be happier with it so far.

Well that's decent to hear. I remember when they first came out, they had some rocky reviews. Maybe I'll keep an eye out for one.
