Picked Up A Cooey Model 39 With This Badge On It. Google Says "Royal Canadian Air Cadets" Anyone Seen This Before?

Maybe it was used and personalized by a Cadet on a Air Cadet shooting team. You could run personal rifles of standard pattern on the shooting teams back in the day.

I've also seen Cadet shooting prize rifles that had similar badges in the stock but those are usually much more pimped out.
