Buy recommendations Cabella's WTF

I ordered a Garmin Xero C1 since they are were on sale for $140 off. The order was placed on Aug 14. Still hasn't shipped. Here is what I get from them today.

They want $120 to ship the thing saying its a Hazmat item. LMAO

I will be ordering directly from Garmin, with FREE shipping.

So email them back and tell them it's not Hazmat (they probably just have it in the wrong category in their system).

I already have a job. They claim it is because of the lithium battery!!

That’s a thing.
Had a lawnmower from Home Depot that got stuck at a purolator location for months because that’s where they realized that it had Lithium ion batteries.

If it's tagged on their system in that way, then the shipping option they presented you with at the time of purchase shouldn't have been available.

This update is something they should be eating the cost of, especially considering it is in fact, not hazmat.

I have literally ordered the Tactacam Reveal solar panel and rechargeable batteries from them and never had any issues. This makes no sense.

It makes no sense at all. It took them 4 days to reply after my initial request. Horrible customer service. Never again.
