Gun and gear reviews Makasi Mk15 reviews

Sooo since we've all seen some mixed reviews and some concerning QC issues with the R Makasi's that have rolled in to Canada, I decided to reach out to Brigade MFG to see if they were aware of the issues and if the NR rifles would have any of these issues corrected.

Make the SKS AK style mag release again  I emailed you guys and nobody answered there are quite a few guys wanting them

We will at some point, but it's not actually that popular of a product and with the current cost of materials and such we'll definitely need to up the price.

I don't really agree. They might not be the best known company, but let's give em a chance. If this post was an inquiry to a well known company people would have a different view. Just my two sense

Brigade has a reputation worse than Palmetto State Armory (which is an accomplishment in itself for a small manufacturer). Just search up "Brigade BM9 problems" in Google and scroll the reviews for a few hours. Mostly QC issues and a gamble if you get a rifle that works.

My Palmetto State Armory mags were so bad that when I ran out of targets I used the mags for targets

Hmmm.. my PSA Dagger runs like a champ. Then again its just a Glock clone. Pretty hard to f that up.

My buddy in Louisiana has the BM9 and loves it. These guys aren't a Gucci brand, their middle of the way stuff for the average joe. And if the makasi is complete garbage, I'll sell it and get something else.

Everyone used to beak everything made from turkey as cheap unreliable garbage. And now I don't know anyone who doesn't have atleast 1 Turkish firearm. Ive got 4, all been flawless.

It's not about giving them a chance, it's just that you should never trust what someone has to say about their own product.

Maybe it's true, maybe it's not, but a salesman will always tell you good things about their product.

IMO if you're concerned about the Makasi (I'm not, aside from the one person saying they couldn't fire a single round on semi, all the other issues are small enough for me to still go through with it, given the (lack of) other options available), withdraw your pre-order and wait a few weeks after the NRs arrive. There'll be a flood of reviews you can make a better judgment off of.

I won't be cancelling my pre orders. The whole purpose of the post wasn't meant to be about if they're lying or telling the truth or if they give shit or not. It was simply hey, I sent a message, there's some concerns up here about QC. Are you guys aware and is anything being done?

We'll find out soon whether anything was done or not for those of us who ordered one.

I didn't think this post of a question/concern and their response would generate so much hate from a gun community that has jack shit for rifles they can use except for Crusader Arms garbage or something from Turkey. Either way, I'll enjoy em when they arrive
