I don't think this is actually the case. I know this has been mismanaged a lot but, I really cannot imagine they are actually going to take a private company whose main employment roles are geared towards entry level low paying jobs that would typically draw folks with potentially questionable personal history or lack of fully formed brains (young adults). Also, have you ever watched any mob or organized crime movies? In the movies at least these organizations are almost always tied up with some sort of waste management company washing money and getting rid of stuff. Can we ask to see the plan? Is that within our rights as tax payers? I bet it doesn't exist yet or at best exists on a napkin.
