Fix my gun Girsan MC312 double feed?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone can provide some help with an issue Iā€™m having with my Girsan MC312. See pics for reference but it seems to be double feeding rounds onto the lifter and causes a jam. Does anyone have any recommendations how to fix? Thanks.

I would say the problem may be with what ever spring holds the shells in place in the mag tube as the firearm ejects the previous shell, it is likely worn or spring isn't strong enough to stop the next shell in sequence and may cause the double feed.. (Second picture to show parts list)
