Application / Regulation advice Sending firearms via Canada Post

Is there anything special I need to do to mail myself some firearms? Or just box them up and send them?

Ask Canada post

I believe trigger lock is the minimum requirement

Dealers don’t do that when they send you a new one. Just box it up make sure it’s unloaded and you can’t tell it’s a fire arm and send it don’t mention anything about a firearm

Dealers do not have the same regulations if I am not mistaken.
