Part of my shotgun collection: the Remington family tree. Every pump-action that Remington made up to the legendary 870.

From top down:

-Model 10

-Model 17 (only ever offered in 20 gauge)

-Model 29

-Model 31

-Model 870

I have one that despite being made all the way in the 70s has an action like butter

Nice! If they're in good shape, I think the older the better. I just got my 870 yesterday, looking forward to trying it out. The stamps date it to 1956

Yeah. Remington definitely isnt the legendary corporation they were in the mid and late 20th century. There are a lot of younger gun enthusiasts who dont have any idea why boomers still hold their products in such high regard
