Buy recommendations Adler AD500A

Post image

Seems they’re selling out stock, so I’m just wondering if anyone has any feedback or reviews on them so far. They seem like great bang for the buck! Really don’t want to get killed on another 3k rifle 🤣

I would trust this about as much as a Backland Hunter, but it's about half the price of a Backland Hunter. So make of that risk what you will.

To be fair crusader has stepped up their customer service big time( that or im doing a really good job of bullying them for my customers, though to be honest ive done no bullying lol)

Thanks for the point about warranty. I did consider mentioning their previous reputation for not answering, but it sounds like it might have changed. Or at least they're better at working with retailers now.

I don't doubt that they're working hard to get over their reputation, but that reputation is a massive hurdle to overcome. It also doesn't help, imo, that they're charging the same money as a Carmel or Makasi for something which is likely a tier below. I don't know whether or not they have a choice, but it's definitely not a good price point at the moment.

Theyre actually the cheapest of the bunch, not by much, but by enough for an optic (2200->2400 mk 15->2500 iwi carmel).

While the Carmel is undoubtably the best of the 3, the verdict is still out on the MK15 (and i say this as a guy who is selling all 3) as we have seen some reports of poor fit/finish on here about the mk15.

Im also wondering if we will see the Carmel's on time just due to the wonderful state of shipping right now over seas.

That being said, yes even when i first started as a retailer 3 years ago i got ghosted by them. It took alot of messaging on their end to get me to bring the first one in and I spent a good long amount of time on the phone with them asking all the important questions. Of course only time will tell, but they do seem to be moving in the right direction.

Eh the new comp actually runs not bad, so long as you dont play with the gas. A customer wanted me to mag dump it for him a few times before shipping it out to him and i had it running fine out of the box.

Plus crusaders really pushing that lifetime warranty they pay both ways thing now (i even had them on the phone at 12 am ontario time to help a customer recently which im ngl impressed me)

We do our best for our customers. We also ship same day 99% of the time (if the order comes before ups/puro/the post office/ we are closed) if not its next day.

Wouldn’t doubt their warranty is great. Not really looking for something that I will have to make endless warranty claims on to get it to run right, obviously only in the event I get the bad apple of the batch and with my luck very likely lmao. I go out to shoot maybe 5-6 times a month and want something that’s not a kill on price and not much of a headache when I take it out. Kinda like a car, don’t want it always in the dealer for recall work every month when new.

For sure. From what ive read online/what Corie at crusader has told me, if it does go in its only ever once and its usually cause the gas gets touched when its disassembled. I guess some guys try to tune it like they would an AR but its running a benelli style gas system
