Here’s a five second google that answers your question well:

CZ rifles are generally considered superior to Savage rifles due to better build quality, smoother bolt operations, and superior reliability. While Savage offers great budget-friendly accuracy, CZ provides higher-end materials and refinement.

Build Quality and Finish
CZ: Features solid steel machining, cold hammer-forged barrels, and classic wood or well-fitted synthetic stocks that feel like heirloom pieces.

Savage: Uses more spartan, lightweight plastics and utilitarian finishes designed primarily for low manufacturing costs.

Action and Operation
CZ: Offers a short, smooth bolt throw (such as a 60-degree lift on models like the 457) that cycles quickly without disturbing your target view.

Savage: Often features a heavier 90-degree bolt throw that can feel rougher or clunkier out of the box.

Magazines and Feeding
CZ: Uses sturdy polymer and metal magazines that snap in securely and feed reliably.

Savage: Frequently receives criticism for finicky, lower-quality metal magazines that can wear out or cause feeding jams.

Aftermarket Support
CZ: Enjoys a massive market for custom triggers, upgraded chassis, and interchangeable barrels.

Savage: Has a more limited aftermarket selection, meaning you mostly shoot it in its factory configuration
