Avg Timeline for BCSTA Exemption letter?

How long does it take on an average to get the exemption letter from BCTSA Since I joined and sent them an email, i haven’t received any response from them yet. Not even acknowledgment email ( if there is of some sort? H. Been about a week.

I got my first letter in two days but my second letter has been submitted 2 weeks and I have not heard back from BCTSA. i guess with the new rule, I won’t receive my 2nd exemption unless I could give them a proof that I am competing
