Application / Regulation advice Avg Timeline for BCSTA Exemption letter?

How long does it take on an average to get the exemption letter from BCTSA Since I joined and sent them an email, i haven’t received any response from them yet. Not even acknowledgment email ( if there is of some sort? H. Been about a week.

Was there any acknowledgment email of them receiving your request or was it straight to you receiving your exemption letter in an email?

Straight to getting the exemption. No confirmation or nothing. It just appeared in my inbox one day
