The sad part is that prior to May 1st, 2020.....Canadian gun owners could pretty much own and use like 90% of what Americans currently have.
Now we've been reduced to essentially fudd guns, the SKS and Turkish slop guns.
However, I'm hopeful of the CCFR's Supreme Court case. Everyone needs to join the CCFR and/or donate because this is our only chance of going back to something pre May 1st, 2020.
Brother we’re never going back to that. The Supreme Court case would’ve had a chance if it was still being done under a Trudeau minority gov but a Carney majority can just pass a bill if the OIC goes away
Yea but it's barely a majority government atm and passing a new gun control bill with a razor thin margin is harder to do now considering how much political capital that would take. I would argue it was easier to pass all of Trudeau's gun control policies because he either had a strong majority or later on he still effectively had a majority government when the Liberal/NDP coalition was in place.
I know it may sound like copium but I think the Liberals might have squeezed out the gun control issue of all it's juices.
